Chicken dishes will always be a repertoire in my house.... especially this particular one.... bite size chicken meat coated with spiced flour, fried to just right crispiness to ensure tenderness and juicy inside then served with favourite sweet sour black pepper sauce!.... specially cooked to please my three hungry boys....LOL!

INGREDIENTS:
1 Chicken Breast - cut to bite size
4 tbsp Flour + ½ tbsp Curry Powder
3 cloves Garlic - pounded
3-5 Green Chilies*
1 Big Onion*
2" Ginger* (* sliced)
5 Kaffir Lime Leaves - shredded
1 tbsp HoiSin Sauce
1 tbsp Oyster Sauce
1 tbsp Black Pepper Sauce
2 tbsp Soy Sauce
1 tbsp Cornflour + 2 tbsp water
1 Tomato - cubed
Salt, Sugar
METHOD:
1. Rub chicken pieces with salt and flour mixture.
Deep fry until cooked & crispy on the outside.
Keep aside.
2. Heat up some oil & stir fry pounded garlic until fragrant.
Add in sliced ingredients*, lime leaves and stir until fragrant.
Add in all types of sauce, ½ cup water, salt & sugar. Let it boil.
Add in tomato & cornflour paste.
Cook several minutes until sauce is thicken.
3. Pour sauce over the fried chicken pieces.
Serve with rice immediately.

Anak2 Along makan lauk ayam setiap hari pun takpa & tak jemu2.... tambahan pula bila ada AlongRiz bercuti yang tak pandai makan selain ayam.... AlongRiz pun dah kembali semula ke Pennsylvania, USA beberapa hari lepas.... ni lauk tayangan lewat.
Memang gembira betul anak2 Along 3 org tu bila Along masak lauk macam ni.... ayam nya mudah nak makan sebab di potong kecil dan di goreng rangup dengan perisa rempah.... dan di gandingkan dgn kuah black pepper yg pedas, masam dan manis.... memang sedap!

BAHAN2:
1 ketul besar Dada Ayam - di potong kecil
4 sb Tepung + ½ sb Serbuk Rempah Kari
3 ulas Bwg putih - di tumbuk
3-5 biji Cili Hijau*
1 bj Bwg Besar*
2" Halia* (* hiris)
5 helai Daun Limau Purut - di koyak2
1 sb Sos HoiSin
1 sb Sos Oyster
1 sb Sos Black Pepper
2 sb Kicap
1 sb Tepung Jagung + 2 sb Air
1 bj Tomato - potong dadu
Garam, Gula
CARA2:
1. Lumur ayam dgn garam dan campuran tepung.
Goreng sehingga masak dan rangup luaran nya.
Ketepikan dahulu.
2. Panaskan sedikit minyak & tumis bwg putih sehingga wangi.
Masukkan bahan2 yg di hiris*, daun limau dan kacau sehingga wangi.
Masukkan kesemua sos, ½ cwn air, garam & gula.
Kacau sehingga mendidih.
Masukkan tomato & bancuhan tepung jagung.
Masak sehingga kuah nya pekat.
3. Tuang sos ke atas ayam yg telah di goreng tadi.
Hidangkan dengan nasi putih dengan segera.
