INGREDIENTS:
250ml Water
½ tsp Sugar
100g Butter
125g Self-raising Flour or Plain Flour+ 2tsp Baking Powder
3 Eggs
METHOD:
1.Place water, sugar & butter in a pan and boil.
Off fire, add in flour until well mixed.
Cool it and beat in egg one by one until well mixed.
2. Pipe onto baking tray.
3. Bake 220C for 30 minutes until well puffed-up and golden color.
4. Cool on rack and inject with durian cream.
DURIAN CREAM (by Roz@HomeKreation):
Whisk 200ml cream until stiff.
Pureed about 8-10 durian pulps & mix well into the whisked cream.
Ready to be used.

Memang habis licin seketul pun tak tinggal, laku betul waktu parti Liana tu. Kali ni, member office kasi sekotak durian sebab dia teringin sangat nak makan lagi sebab tak puas makan waktu parti tu. Along pun buatkan lah & kali ni buat dua bancuhan, memang puas semua kekawan, hubby & anak2 makan kali ni.

BAHAN2:
250ml Air

125g Tepung Naik Sendiri / Tepung Gandum+Baking Powder
3 bj Telur
CARA2:
1. Masukkan air, gula & butter ke dalam periuk & didihkan.
Tutup api, masukkan tepung & kacau sehingga sebati.
Sejukkan & masukkan telur satu-persatu sambil di pukul sebati.
2. paipkan ke ats dulang pembakar.
3. Bakar 220C selama 30 minit sehingga kembang & berwarna perang.
4. Sejukkan puffs & kemudian inject durian krim.
DURIAN KRIM (by AlongRoz):
Pukul 200ml krim sehingga kental.
Blend 8-10 ulas isi durian & campurkan ke dalam krim.
Sedia untuk di gunakan.
