Served 4-5 persons
INGREDIENTS:
1 packet Spaghetti - boil until ala-dente
4 tbsp EV Olive Oil
4-5 cloves Garlic - chopped
1 Big Onion - chopped
1 bowl Fresh Mushroom - sliced
1 small Taiwan Cucumber - sliced
1 tbsp Chili Oil
1 tsp Ground Black Pepper
250g Minced Beef
1 can (450g) Tomato Puree
Fresh Basil & Parsley - chopped
1 can Water
Salt & Sugar
Grated Cheese
METHOD:
1. Heat up Olive oil & stir-fry garlic until fragrant.
Add in big onion & stir for a minute.
Add in mushroom & stir for a minute.
Add in cucumber & stir for a minute.
Add in chili oil, black pepper, beef & stir for a minute.
Add in tomato puree, herbs, salt & sugar.
Add water & let it boil.
2. Serve spaghetti with bolognese sauce & sprinkle with cheese.

Meh jenguk spaghetti berkuah bolognese cendawan fresh - memang ada kelainan dari segi rasa di bandingkan dgn cendawan butang dalam tin. Cendawan fresh ni bau nya harum dan berperisa - hubby & two boyz loved it! TQ so much sis Marina cayang for the buah tangan.

BAHAN2:

4-5 ulas Bwg Putih - cincang
1 bj Bwg Besar - cincang
1 mangkuk Cendawan Segar - hiris2
1 bj Timun Taiwan - hiris
1 sb Cili Oil
1 st Lada Hitam tumbuk
250g Daging Cincang
1 tin (450g) Tomato Puree
Daun Basil & Parsley - cincang
1 tin Air
Garam, Gula
Keju parut
CARA2:
1. Panasakan olive oil & tumis bwg putih sehingga wangi.
Masukkan bwg besar & kacau seminit.
Masukkan cendawan & kacau seminit.
Masukkan timun & kacau seminit.
Masukkan cili oil, lada hitam, daging & kacau seminit.
Masukkan tomato puree,
Add in cucumber & stir for a minute.Add in chili oil, black pepper, beef & stir for a minute.
Add in tomato puree, herba, garam & gula.
Masukkan air & biarkan menggelegak.
2. Hidangkan spaghetti bersama kuah di taburi keju parut.
