I'm please to share herewith another pudding/jelly creation from my kitchen corner..... after a series of popular pudding in the past like Milo & Oreo Pudding, Cheese Pudding, Horlicks Pudding and many more..... I promise you that this is another delicious worth trying pudding! It is surely will impress your guests with rich layer of milo pudding and a surprise biscuits layer at the bottom.

Size: 8" square
INGREDIENTS:
1 packet / 13g Agar-Agar or Jelly Powder
1100ml Water
220g Sugar
1 can / 400g Ideal Milk*
1 small Egg* (* combine)
(Note: You can skip the egg if you like but will make it less rich)
1 cup Milo Powder
1 tbsp Cocoa Powder
150g Salted Cheese Biscuits / Marie Biscuits
METHOD:
1. Dissolve jelly powder in water & boil.
Add in sugar and stir to dissolve.
Add in milk & egg mixture.
Add in milo & cocoa powder.
Stir until well mixed.
2. Arrange a layer of biscuits in a container.
Pour in thin jelly mixture, just enough to cover the biscuits.
Repeat process until all biscuits and pudding mixture is used up.
Biscuits will eventually float to the surface.
3. Cool at room temperaure until pudding is set.
Chill in fridge.

Bagi peminat dessert, jangan lupa mencuba resipi yang amat enak ini.... rasa yang kaya dengan lemak kecoklatan nya dan di lapisi dengan susunan biskut menjadikan gabungan yg amat istimewa.

BAHAN2:
1 bungkus / 13g Serbuk Agar-Agar
1100ml Air
220g Gula
1 tin / 400g Susu Ideal*
1 bj Telur saiz kecil* (* campur)
(Note: Kalau tak suka telur boleh skip tapi puding akan rasa kurang lemak)
1 cwn Serbuk Milo
1 sb Serbuk Koko
150g Salted Cheese Biscuits / Marie Biscuits
CARA2:
1. Larutkan serbuk agar kedlm air & masak sehingga mendidih.
Masukka gula & kacau sehingga larut.
Masukkan campuran susu & telur & kacau sebati.
Masukkan milo & serbuk koko & kacau sehingga larut.
2. Susun satu lapisan biskut ke dalam bekas.
Tuangkan satu lapisan agar2 cukup untuk meliputi biskut tersbut.
Ulangi proses melapis biskut & agar2 sehingga habis.
Lapisan biskut akan timbul ke permukaan bila selesai melapis.
3. Sejukkan di suhu bilik sebelum di sejukkan dalam peti-sejuk.
