Talam Sagu Gula Melaka (Again)

 The fact that I made this again demonstrated that I like it very much. I love the flavor of the fragrant palm sugar in the top layer that matched perfectly with the  springy bland sago layer at the bottom. This time the top layer is much darker than the earlier one due to the color of palm sugar that I used. I made this two weeks ago as pot luck to a friend's house.

 Along buat lagi sebab suka betul kuih ni.... lapisan atas nya harum gula melaka dan amat sedap bila di gandingkan dgn lapisan sagu. Dah lama buat ni, dua minggu lalu tapi baru skrg berkesempatan nak update blog. Maaf ya Along jarang2 ke udara apatah lagi nak blogwalk sekarang ni. Sambil taip ni pun dah tersengguk2 ngantuk.... letih nya hari2 pulang kerja lewat dari pejabat. Terima-kasih dan salam sayang buat semua pengunjung setia yg sudi menjenguk kesini.
