The 10th Grilled Fish Recipe (Ikan Panggang Resipi ke 10)

 After digging out the freezer, I found one Tilapia and made this grilled fish. As usual, always wanted something quick and no specific recipe because unplanned for so just added whatever I can find. Personally I like the outcome. Then just now I searched what I posted earlier and surprise to find that I had 9 versions of grilled fish earlier and this is different than what I posted earlier and hence the 10th grilled fish recipe so far.

Dinner was simple since only three of us yesterday at home - so only cooked few dishes including Garlic Pak Choy below.

INGREDIENTS:
1 Tilapia Fish
1 lime
4-5 Shallots
1 clove Garlic
1 cm Ginger
1" Turmeric Root
5-6 tbsp Chili Paste
Salt & Sugar

METHOD:
1. Rub cleaned fish with salt & lime juice.
Place the fish on a flat pan lined with a piece of banana leaf.

2. Blend the rest of ingredients & pour onto the fish.
Cover until fish is cooked.
3. Serve with white rice.

BAHASA MALAYSIA VERSION
Along suka masak hentam2 jer selalu, ikut selera sewaktu tu & apa bahan2 yg ada. Sedap pula ikan bakar kali ni & bila semak semula n3 yg lepas, takda pula yg sama tapi rupa2 nya ni resepi ikan bakar yg ke 10 kat dalam blog Along ni.

BAHAN2:
1 ekor Ikan Tilapia
1 bj Limau Kasturi
4-5 ulas Bwg Merah
1 ulas Bwg Putih
1 cm Halia
1"Kunyit Hidup
5-6 sb Cili Mesin
Garam & Gula

CARA2:
1. Lumur ikan yg telah di bersihkan dgn garam & jus limau.
Letakkan ikan di atas kuali leper yg di lapik daun pisang.
2. Mesin bhn2 & tuangkan ke atas ikan.
Tutup & masak sehingga isi ikan lembut.
3. Hidangkan dgn nasi putih.
