Tuna Horns

 What an easy & quick way to prepare breakfast this way and most importantly delighting the whole family.... credit goes to Pn Ros who shared the idea to combine pratha and tuna in horn shape - thanks so much for delighting my family.

Below recipe is the way I made mine 
INGREDIENTS:
1 packet Kawanku Pratha
1 can Tuna in Water
1 Red Chili
1/2 Big onion
1/2 Kasturi Lime
2 tbsp Mayonaise
Parmesan Cheese
Cheese Slices
1 Egg

METHOD:
1. Drain tuna & mashed.
Add in sliced chili, chopped onion, lime juice, mayo.

2. Slice each pratha into 4 sections.
Place a tsp of tuna filling, sprinkle parmesan cheese & seal edge to shape into a horn.
Cover opening with a tiny slice of cheese.

3. Brush top with beaten egg.
Bake 190C for 15-20 minutes.

BAHASA MALAYSIA VERSION
Buat kudapan di waktu pagi, petang atau pun pada bila2 masa. Sesuai juga utk di hidangkan kpd tetamu. Along buat comel2, senang nak ngap... 10 biji pun tak terasa...hehe. TQ Pn Ros atas idea yg best ni, se isi keluarga memuji!

Resipi di bawah ni Along dah ubah-suai sedikit mengikut citarasa & cara sendiri
BAHAN2:
1 bungkus Pratha Kawanku
1 tin Tuna in Water
1 bj Cili Merah
1/2 bj Bwg Besar
1/2 bj Limau Kasturi
2 sb Mayonaise
Parmesan Cheese
Kepingan Keju
1 bj Telur

CARA2:
1. Tapis air tuna & di lecek.
Gaulkan cili hiris, bwg besar dadu, jus limau & mayo.

2. Potong setiap roti pratha kpd 4 bahagian.
Letakkan sesudu inti tuna, tabur sedikit parmesan cheese & lekatkan tepi kiri kanan pastri membentuk tanduk.
Tutup bahagian depan yg terbuka dgn kepingan kecil keju.

3. Pukul telur dgn garfu & sapu atas roti.
Bakar 190C selama 15-20 minit.
