Pulut Serunding

A quick breakfast that I prepared this morning. Soaked glutinous rice for 30 minutes and steamed it for 10-15 minutes. Sprinkled with some coconut milk that was seasoned with salt and steamed for another 10 minutes or until well cooked. Served it with Shrimp Serunding that I made earlier here.

BAHASA MALAYSIA VERSION
Letih & sibuk tak habis2.... sarapan pun buat yg senang2 jer. Menu pagi ni, Nasi Himpit dgn Kuah Kacang Ayam dan Pulut Serunding. Nasi Himpit & Kuah Kacang dah tayang byk kali, malas nak snap gambo lagi dah. Pulut Serunding tu.... ramai yg pandai kukus pulut kan, jadi Along tak payah lah buat resipi khusus. Secara am nya, rendam pulut 30 minit dan kukus 10-15 minit. Renjis dgn santan bergaram dan kukus lagi 10 minit atau sehingga masak. Hidangkan dengan Serunding Udang Kering yg Along buat tempoh hari kat sini. Nak mudah , Along rebus nasi himpit dalam periuk dan tingkat atas kukus pulut.... jimat gas dan masa!
