Kek Lapis India (Cadbury Layered Cake)

 Assalamualaikum & hello there....! Feel like a long time since the last entry before Hari Raya.... Well, Hari Raya mood is still at peak until the next 2-3 weeks before Syawal ends.

Although I'm still on holiday mood, sharing herewith a cake that I made earlier.... enjoy! Wanna know how it tastes, just drop by at my house as there is still plenty...hehe.

Size: 8½" square
INGREDIENTS:
450g Butter
250g Sugar
10 Eggs
100g Grinded Marie Biscuits
65g Baby White Nestum
120g Flour
1 packet (50g) Coconut Milk Powder
8 tbsp Condensed Milk
2 packs Mini Cadbury Chocolate

METHOD:
1. Beat butter & sugar until fluffy.
Add in egg one by one while beating.
Mix in marie biscuit, nestum, flour; gradually until well mixed.
Add in coconut milk powder & condensed milk.

2. Spread 6 tbsp into a tin & grill until top is golden brown.
Repeat layering and arrange Cadbury chocolate on every third layer.
Cool cake before slicing.

BAHAN2:
450g Mentega
250g Gula
10 bj Telur
100g Tepung Biskut Marie
65g Baby White Nestum
120g Tepung
1 bungkus (50g) Serbuk Santan
8 sb Susu Pekat
2 bungkus Kepingan Coklat Cadbury

CARA2:
1. Pukul mentega & gula sehingga kembang.
MAsukkan telur satu-persatu sambil di pukul.
Masukkan biskut marie, nestum & tepung, sedikit2 sehingga sebati.
Masukkan santan & susu pekat.

2. Ratakan 6 sb adunan ke dlm tin & bakar dgn api atas sehingga keperangan.
Ulangi lapisan & susun kepingan coklat di setiap lapisan yg ke tiga.
Sejukkan sebelum di hiris.
