Apam Pisang III

I tried a recipe from a website.... but am not satisfied with the outcome. It looks nice from the outside but texture was too dense (will not bounce once pressed) and uncooked in the middle despite been steamed for more than an hour (4 times longer than recommended time). This is just to show activity in my kitchen.... so will not share the recipe yet at this stage due to unsatisfactory outcome.

BAHASA MALAYSIA VERSION

Apam yg nampak cantik di luaran tapi isi dia melekat2 kat gigi bila makan.... dah kukus punya lama pun tak mau juga masak2.... tak payah minta resepi dulu noh... kang ada lak yg komplen rugi bahan. Along tunjuk ni saja nak share apa yg Along masak kat dapur jer, kalau best baru ler kita kongsi resepi kan. Kuih ni Along derma kat cik TongPah jer lah....
Kekadang bila nampak resepi lain dari yg lain tu, memang teringin mencuba.... tapi memang lain ler jadi nya.... dah cuba baru tau.
