Makes 40 pieces
INGREDIENTS:
1 can (425g) Sardine - discard sauce & mashed
4 Shallots*
2 cloves Garlic*
2" Ginger* (* pounded)
2 tbsp Chili Paste
1 Big Onion
1 Kasturi Lime
Salt
1 packet Kawanku Puff Pastry
1 Egg - beaten slightly
METHOD:
1. Prepare filling.
Heat up few tbs oil & stir-fry pounded ingredients until fragrant.
Add in chili paste & stir fry until fragrant.
Add in big onion & stir well.
Add in mashed sardine, salt & lime juice.
Dish out & cool.
2. Thaw puff pastry until room temperature.
Roll & cut to preferred sizes.
Place sardine filling, fold & press edges with fork.
Brush with beaten egg.
3. Bake at 200C for 15-20 minutes until golden & crispy.

Rasa nya semua org pun boleh buat ni. Tapi takpa lah, Along tunjukkan cara & resepi inti sardin yg Along buat, kot2 ada yg berkenan nak cuba. Along buat ni utk party kat rumah seminggu lalu & ada kekawan yg minta resepi.

BAHAN2:
1 tin (425g) Sardin - buang sos & hancurkan
4 ulas Bwg Merah*
2 ulas Bwg Putih*
2" Halia* (* tumbuk)
2 sb Cili Mesin
1 bj Bwg Besar
1 bj Limau Kasturi
Garam
1 bungkus Kawanku Puff Pastry
1 bj Telur - pukul sedikit
CARA2:
1. Sedioakan inti sardin.
Panaskan sedikit minyak & tumis bhn tumbuk sehingga wangi.
Masukkan cili mesin & kacau sehingga garing.
Masukkan bwg besar & kacau rata.
Masukkan sardin, garam & jus limau.
Angkat & sejukkan.
Masukkan cili mesin & kacau sehingga garing.
Masukkan bwg besar & kacau rata.

Angkat & sejukkan.
2. Lembutkan puff pastry sehingga mencapai suhu bilik.
Gelek & potong saiz yg anda suka.

Letakkan inti sardin, lipat & tekan tepi dgn garpu.
Sapu dgn telur.
3. Bakar 200Cselama 15-20 minit sehingga keperangan.
